As you can see, the words in the puzzle can be placed in any direction. They can overlap or use letters from one another.

The scramble puzzle in AMIGO offers a slight twist on this basic puzzle. The puzzles produced by AMIGO are in two languages. The word list is in one of the languages and the puzzle will contain words in the other language. So, for example, the list of words may be in English, and the embedded words will be in Spanish.
